What is the New EU Legislation for
The new EU legislation has labelling on each
tyre for fuel efficiency, wet grip and noise levels.

Do all tyres have EU legislation labelling?
No the following tyres are excluded.
Motorbike tyres, vintage tyres, racing
tyres, studded tyres, pro (professional)
off road tyres.
When did tyre labelling come into effect?
It came into effect 1st November 2012.
Tyres produced after 1st July 2012 are
required to have labels under the new EU
Legislation will show a label on them.
How do I know if I have runflat tyres?
If you look around the sidewall of your
tyre it will be marked runflat,ssr or zp,
or have look at your vehicle handbook.
How do i know if I need a budget tyre or top of the range?

Should I rotate my tyres from front to rear axle?
We get asked that question time and time
again. Some of big tyre manufacturers
agree that it not good practice to rotate

What happens if I have alloy wheels on and can't find my locking wheel nut key?
Most locking wheel nuts can be found
either under boot well or in the glovebox
when mobile-fitter comes out to your home

At blueline tyres we do a mail order
service. It could change from one day
up to two
days delivery depending on remote area and

What is the delivery timeframe if I order tyres?
We will try for 24hr timeframe so for
example if you order tyres 12noon on a
Monday, we will try to get them to your home

At Blueline Tyres we do mobile fitting
service so no waiting about in a cold
tyre depot. We come to you at your home
or place of work..or at venue suits you.
When ordering your tyres please
state where you would like your tyres
fitted when putting in your adddress.
Because the address you put in is the
address we will go to fit your tyres.
Do I have to pay any money at the
mobile tyre fitter?
No the price your pay for fitting at
time of purchase includes new rubber valve,
rebalancing your wheel and casing,
old tyre disposal and VAT.
Will the mobile tyre fitter tighten my
wheel nuts/studs after fitting?
Yes the Mobile Tyre Fitter will retorque
wheel nuts/studs. Please be advised to
recheck your wheel nuts/studs after you
have your new tyres fitted up to doing
30 miles from fitted
Will the mobile tyre fitter give me invoice?
At time of purchase please print off
your receipt for your records. The mobile
fitter will fill in a jobcard and get you
to sign it after the job is done.
